Over at Slate, Ray Fisman reports on a paper published by Arindrajit Dube, Ethan Kaplany, and Suresh Naiduz that looks to track evidence of insider trading in the wake of secret meetings leading up to coups in Guatemala, Iran, Chile, and Cuba, and the associated stock prices of United Fruit, Anglo-Iranian Oil, Anaconda Mining, and American Sugar Company respectively.
